The basic set has 100 R and two fixed starters. You need at least four boxes to complete a set. The first expansion has 50 R but 8 are R1 and are the most useful cards to play. Also the second expansion has 8R1, expect to find at least two for every box, so you need four boxes to complete the set (due to a awful distribution you could find pretty identical boxes so beware). The Cycles set is a box set with only four cards. Some promos could be hard to find. A really cool art.
